Hello Adrain, As discussed here: http://forum.city-driving.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=22010 Suspects & Cops are allowed to use maneuvers to change the direction of said cars. There was no heavy force used in these cases only a slight shunt that directed both cops into oncoming barriers. Thanks, TC Team. No action has been taken for reasons described.
