Training Information:

Took place on: 26/04/2016

Trainer(s) Present: Nismo [T]

Assistance Present: Sonic [CA], Barney [CA]

Lead Trainer: Nismo [T]

Good Points: Good car control at times and you were able to keep up with the suspect. You made good attempts at the two car box and made two successful PITs.

Improvements: There were quite a few things that were a cause for concern during the final chase. Some of the small errors being that no strobe light was used at all until shortly after the suspect had failed to stop. Your car control wasn't too bad, but there were times you were taking the wrong line into the corners which caused you to have to slow down more than normal or lose traction, you should be able to carry your speed through the corners.

A crash happened early on in the chase where you collided with a barrier, this was because of you under steering too much. To prevent this, you should be slowing down some more and making use of down shifting to help position your car for the corner. With that being said, you need to work on your throttle and brake control as well as gearing into corners.

I also noticed your rear tires were heating up far too quickly, this could be setup related but you should also be aware of your tire temperatures and take on-board the above information to help keep them cool.

You missed several block the gap opportunities during the final chase. You need to be able to demonstrate you can perform these maneuvers independently and anticipate the suspects moves to gain an advantage on him/her. Along with that, you did make 2 successful PITs which were safe, however the rest we're either miscalculated or dangerous attempts. As taught to you in the training session, you should first match your speed with the suspect and then use appropriate force to spin the suspect around. Some of your PITs felt rushed or they were performed when it wasn't ideal.

You caused a collision with COP 1 during the chase due to late reactions and not following the COP 1 & 2 guideline. I strongly suggest to follow the COP 1 & 2 guideline as much as possible and to improve on your reactions to avoid losing ground on the suspect.
