He did in fact say sorry after hitting you with his 'sorry' bind. However, he should have surely slowed down for the obvious SIRENS ahead. He's got a history of this and although he apologised to you, it clearly wasn't sincere since he's already been warned for this in the past. He will be banned for 7 days since his history is mostly made up of abusive language, not particularly these reasons in this report. Cheers for the report. Action has been taken as described.
