Not much to say really, i have not played on the server for about a week since I was not a big fan of the map this past week now when I am trying to connect it's saying host refused connection.I have only broken one rule in the past by mistake that I am aware of (passing a stationary police chase by mistake) but that was weeks ago. I have no idea why I would be banned.

You were banned by the system as it detected some suspicious location change by you, but that seems to be a false alarm. As your ISP serves multiply tiny countries in that area, that may happen in future again. I've left a note for future admins but I cannot lift the ban right now. Either some other admin will do it or it will automatically expire in about 5 hours. (13:49 UTC)
