If your rocket not highly unbalanced it will keep it straight. Also, I use C7 aviation mod, planes are easier to fly. They just stick highly explosive stuff together randomly, light it, and see what happen. Kerbalian astronauts have high hazard pay, and their family can watch the firework too. On a serious note, there are many Kerbal How To on youtube already.
