Question - Adorable - 2016-06-11 18:08 Hi, So today a [COP] decided to chase me and fine me for careless driving (30€) for blocking him. Here's what happened: https://vid.me/e/oZZg Sorry for the low quality, the hoster compressed the uploaded video and screwed things up -At 0:12 he attempted to overtake from the right lane, as he seemed to be in a hurry, as soon as I left the RB I allowed him to pass on the right lane, he choose to keep following then chasing me and fining. -Chase starts at 0:21 My question is: Was the COP able to fine me for blocking him and classing it as careless driving? NOTE: This is not a thread where I complain at, but I just would like to know if it's allowed to fine peoples for blocking and classing it as careless driving for future references RE: Question - Ash - 2016-06-11 18:12 Technically he is the one tailgating you like an absolute boss. Plus he is the one being impatient, he should not be trying to overtake when a junction is coming up so soon. He is the one who is carelessly driving in my opinion.
