Your LFS username: Kanade

Their LFS username(s): TehPave / thuglife_ / JMiquel / Hxmmond
Their in-game nickname(s): [COP] TehPave / [COP] ThugLife / [BRM] JMiquel / Hxmmond

Main reason(s): Non respect of chase hierarchy. / Failure to move for sirens.

Replay timestamps:
TehPave:
-29:23.30 | Joins the chase;
-29:37.11 | Collides with a cruiser;
-30:30.00 | As COP2, calls a backup;
-31:12.00 | Near miss with Nismo;
-40:14.60 | Collides with a cruiser;
-41:16.00 | As COP2, calls a backup.

ThugLife:
-30:33.00 | Joins the chase;
-34:38.00 | Overtakes without any notice. In my opinion he comes a way too fast to be able to react to suspect's moves (seen there by applying braking force too close from the suspect, making him unable to react).

BRM] JMiquel:
-35:30.00 | Not moving for sirens;
-35:36.00 | Moving onto our path. Not moving for sirens;
-35:47.00 | Not moving for sirens;
-36:04.00 | Not moving for sirens;
-39:58.00 | Rams somebody out of the road.

Hxmmond:
-38:12.00 | Not moving for sirens;
-38:22.00 | I have lost the control, I would have been able to slip to the right side of the road if he had moved back;
-38:30.00 | Common sense would have made him let me pass.. instead of accelerating. I let the report-dealer as only judge.

Around 22h20 (GMT+1 with DST).

The chase was initially proposed by my teammate to test me and to make me feel more confident while driving and copping.
I called one backup at some time, to assist me. The COP2 called another backups on his own, with, in my opinion, no need to break the COP1/x hierarchy. This single action ruined the chase for me.

Hxmmond did not care about sirens, I had to take wider to overtake him. I miscalculated and lose control.
I would have been able to slip on the right lane to either hit the wall or regain control but he was on my way due to not reacting to sirens.
Due to that I hit him and ended staying on the oncoming lane, which made me face a cruiser (I apologize to LBD.Joey).

People do mistakes and so I. I'm not really regarding when somebody does a mistake. But too much is too much.

Thanks per advance to the one who will deal with this report.

RE: Report - Multiple Users - Bez - 2016-06-22 17:34

TehPave - This user will loose his COP rights and have to take Basic Training in order to acquire them back. The reasons for this are as follows:
  • Very poor all around car control.
  • Putting other cruisers in danger by wrongsiding and causing accidents.
  • Uncalculated Force / Physical contact with the suspect on multiple occasions.

ThugLife - No action will be taken against this user as this was just a minor misjudgement on his behalf.

BRM] JMiquel - This user will receive an in-game confirmable warning for failing to move for sirens.

Hxmmond - Will be banned for 21 days for ramming and failing to slow / move for sirens.

Action has been taken as described.

Thank you for your report.
