At 26:00:0 I'm stopping there because i'm joining a chase, the reported user immediately starts pushing my back for 20 seconds. and ask me to "get out the way" twice.
At 28:20:0 He brake checks a COP.
At 31:20:0 he aims for and destroy a poor civilian.
At 32:00:0 he overtakes a [COP], blocks him then disconnect.
Description of incident (inc date & time): The reported user has a COP license + 70 hours of gameplay, should know that ramming is forbidden and act better. (tbh Saudis drives better than him)

This user has already been banned for ramming an mrt and blocking a cop.
Action has been taken as described.
