Main reason(s): chasing me for 3 times the first chase for drifting its ok but he still following me and stoping me for no rasone after the first chase and hight fine !!

01:06:53 - Legit fine, as he saw you drifting. After this, you hit angel, intentionally, and he started to chase you for it, nothing wrong with this.
The fourth time angel started to chase you, it was unnecessary as you hit him slightly by accident, however angel didn't fine you for it.
Angel was following you, but you didn't even ask him to stop doing so.
In future, if you don't want to get followed, try to talk to the person who is following you. If that doesn't work then you can report it to the admins.
I won't be taking any action.
