Training Information:

Took place on: 26/07/2016

Trainer(s) Present: Nismo [T]

Assistance Present: Spark [CA]

Lead Trainer: Nismo [T]

Good Points: Your maneuvers were overall pretty good on the whole. You also maintained sight of the suspect for the duration of the chase.

Improvements: One of the things that let you down was your car control. You also took a lot of corners far too sharply and scrubbed a lot of speed, as well as burning the fronts more by constantly locking them. Locking the fronts was caused by your choice of controller, a PS4 controller as you told me in the session. If you can perhaps tweak the settings on your controller so that it doesn't apply lock almost instantly, it may help you, especially keeping your tyres cooler. Your reactions will surely need to be worked on as that hindered you even more during the final chase, especially when you were trying to line up a maneuver. Your poor reactions lead to you ramming the suspect on more than one occasion, this is a sign of unsafe copping. Allow yourself greater thinking distance and glance at your map every now and then so you can act quicker to suspect movement.

Your awareness of the surroundings was not good either, causing you to crash into a lot of barriers and lose ground on the suspect. Take corners a bit more smoothly, go easy with your throttle and brake. Choosing a good driving line will help you not hit objects so often.

If you could just work on your general car control, reactions and awareness of surroundings, you're onto a pass. You have the maneuvers held down really nice, so just work on the above.

Notes: Authorized by Connor.
