During chase he started driving OOB. I wasn't following him at start because I didn't even know there is road made from ramps and we can drive here. Status: Investigation Process. User should be well aware by now that taking chases OOB isn't acceptable. User will receive a 5 day ban as a result of their actions. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
