Hey, this is a small one.
Can we have in the user reporting the BLANK report template?
It gets kind of sickening to have to copy another report then edit it around.

The template is there to ensure that all necessary information are present, I think its okay to write the thread you way you like but you must have a proof, timestamps, and make it clear for admins, here's an example by our very own "Tet": http://forum.city-driving.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=23259
