After reading all that what user ProShoot and RAS write here : http://forum.city-driving.co.uk/showthread.php?tid=24339 , i think its already clear that he[ProShoot] get super mad towards me when i point out that a cop during chase should take an extra care. Then He starts getting super agressive towards me. Looks like he didnt like that i have something to say about the cops on server. I dont even want to report him and i didnt.
Yes i use word f. but towards nobody i say it after a situation when cop crashed me and ignored me,that was my anger expression. Also cop not say sry to me instead of that he write: i was in a chase. I WAS NOT ABUSING user Proshoot, everything is in a chat log. As you can see a normal person playing this game have nothing to say cuz some of the cops are thinking they are god-like. So i would like you to reduce mine one year ban cuz literally all i do wrong was using word F. towards nobody. That was my expresion of anger when cops do wrong things and everything is allright. And when normal people do this kind of stuff you exactly knows whats gonna happen next. Like i said before let the justice win. After all that crap he said towards me he got reduced permanent ban for one year, what about me then? I got ONE year for using ford f. Somehow i think its really really wrong.

It wasn't simply because you used the "F" word, but because of all the things you said and your chat behaviour in general.

To remind you, some of the things you said:

Generally you were showing a very bad attitude and you were blatantly swearing and insulting other users and we simply do not tolerate that one bit on our servers.

Whatever happened prior to you saying those things are entirely irrelevant as nothing would change the fact that we will never tolerate swearing and insults, as well as general poor chat behaviour.

You need to pay no attention to what admin action other users have gotten compared to yourself as it is decided on by looking at each individual user's server record (warnings, kicks, bans) and therefore ban lengths will always vary for similar offences.

Yourself happen to already have had issues with swearing and insulting, not even that long ago, which you received warnings for, and which you clearly haven't learned from.

Ras you say insulting other users. Thats a lie. There was only a mad conversation betwenn me and Proshoot. Last time when i got baned was not for swearing it was for calling one of the TC member a kid which was very on point what he did towards me. Thats it. Proshot starts this storm. If not him i will never use a words like that again. I hope you understand my point of view. Just give me a last chance. But please reduce it to max 1 month thank you!

You said "go to hell cops" plus the other things. That is insulting other users. If anyone's lying, it's yourself.

There are more to your past record than that one ban. You've got swearing fines, warnings and bans. Yet you've done it again. You can't really get out of that. It's all logged and i'm not sure giving you more chances is gonna work.

Go check the red text above and tell me that is okay. If you do, you clearly don't understand our rules.

I understand exactly what i did wrong, but belive me if some of the cops on server dont know how to play and after crashing you they cant even say sry, sometimes you can loose your nerves. Especially that after a chase when you crash somebody, cops are always asking you why you dont say sry to the person that you crashed?! [That was my previous ban, one of TC member place me in the pits just to ask me why i said no sry after crash in a chase, i lost my trip + - 3h of driving, after that i said to him that that was childish acting, he say i was not respecting him.. No coments on that cuz that was childish , he can ask me that question without magic teleporting me to pits. So where is the Logic tell me? Coming back to that situations with Proshot and that cop that crashed me, when i say go to hell cops, it was an aftermath of how other cops react.[No reaction at all] There was a lot of other cops on server and none of them was on my side after a cop crashed me and even worst after ONE of the COP [ProShoot] called me piece of shit. They start to reacting when they saw that im protecting myself and hate is coming only from one way[Proshoot] He starts all that storm. So now tell me how can you not be mad about situations like that? I know that its only a game but cops should Protect and Serve, and so far we got maniacs that use inappropriate words and cops that forgot how to say sry just because they got mad that somebody escaped them after a crash. Please understand me, or try to educate cops on server that they are not god-like. Coming to conclusion please reduce my ban to one month if possible and if you ever see me swearing or atacking somebody on server , you or other TC member can ban me permanently. Lets all enjoy this game in peace.

No, i won't discuss other cases. Let's just stick to this one, instead of getting on a irrelevant side track.

And i'll say it again, it is irrelevant what happened prior to you swearing and insulting, as nothing will change the fact that it isn't tolerated on the server. As you know, Proshoot has already been banned, so you can stop worrying about that. And in future you need to report rulebreakers instead of breaking the rules yourself.

Not taking ban length requests im afraid. I will however reconsider the ban myself and only maybe reduce it.

Like i write above, i just show you that every action has an reaction. If you cant understand that my swearing comes from very stopid action by COPS[ that one that crashed me and say no sry , and that one that called me out a piece of shit etc etc and all the rest of cops that react when they saw that im protecting my rights very well] then its no my problem. If you will reduce my ban thats a good news for me. If not please teach other cops how to be a cop or stop recruiting everybody. Irrelevant for me is how cops can do everything and me as a normal player EVEN if i did nothing wrong are forced to use inappropriate words and when i do it sudenly everbody open they eyes that this guy done something wrong not seeing what they are doing is also wrong. Irrelevant is also my other ban that i got for writing to one of TC member : chidlish acting. That person turns that into no respecting theory. I wrote that again cuz thats some mad thing to ban people for and you say above : There are more to your past record than that one ban. As you can se the other ban is for nothing. Right, i have considered your ban length and have decided to reduce it to 3 months from today. This is pretty lucky for you as i didn't even want to reduce it at first, but i believe you were probably provoked a bit and you should realise by now that you may not behave like this again, so it'll be a 91 days break and when you come back, please remember what we talked about, so it doesn't happen again.
