Main reason(s): Following and overtaking a police chase, and totally ignoring the officer's warnings + wrongsiding on the AB + when i told him to stop following the chase he told me "no!" and "f*** you"

1:15:30 Wrongsiding on the AB
1:30:20 He passes our chase then wrongsides to "help" me
1:31:40-1:31:53 he followes the chase then at 1:31:53 he crashes into my suspect. After that me and Keule have used a bind as a warning but he ignored them and he just kept following the chase.
1:33:01 he passed the chase again then i told him to not to follow the chase and the replied with "no!" f*** you!"

This user is clearly showing he disregards our server rules. He has been banned already for wrong siding on the Autobahn and ramming.
