User received a warning for ramming, following the chase and being a nuisence on the server. The reason i am giving him a warning is because he's completely new to the game and i will give him an opportunity to read the rules and correct his behaviour. Should he not comply or not show any improvement in that department a harsher punishment will be inflicted.
