Description of incident (inc date & time): Hits 2 people first, no sorry. Then purposely smack into me head first while in chase, apparently he was warned earlier for not saying sorry. 8/12/16, 5pm-ish.

He's just recently been back from a ban for the same reason so the user will receive a 14 day ban for his actions.
