Description of incident (inc date & time):
Both: 11:40 - hitting cop ww, 9:05 ww hitting many people (noobs as Ronald calls them, rightly so)
Niko: 9:50 - hits 2 other civs, 12:10, then interfering with chase , 13:17 + 13:40 + 14:35 hits COP, 19:40 hits me ww on highway
ikko: 7:00 - interfering with chase, 15:55 - full on head hit, 18:10 - ww ram, 20:00, ww nearly hitting brixton

There are many, MANY more times they both did things like this, I dont want to name them all. No sorry throughout, thanks.

Hello,

I've reviewed the full replay, and this is by far the most offences I've ever seen in a single report.

niko2000
- Two times he rammed a vehicle sitting directly next to another, effectively rammed two users at once (four total)
- Failed to brake when a user drove out in front of him, hit their rear, no apology
- Rammed a user for no reason
- Rammed a cop five times after his friend caused an accident and was getting chased
- Rammed another cop for no reason by purposely crossing over onto the other side of the road
- Attempted to ram a user by steering into him, but missed
- Disrespecting sirens / ignoring chases
- Minor hit on a vehicle, did not apologize
- Pulled out in front of a user on the highway, seemingly on purpose, caused an accident with no apology
- Steered into a cop who was on the wrong side of the road chasing someone but on the grass area not in his way
- Using siren 4/5 when not actively in a role which allows him to do so
- General wrong siding, five times causing a near miss, three times causing a sideswipe, four times causing a major head on, no apologies for any
- Went wrong side on the highway and purposely rammed into one user sideswiping him, and then went head on into another user
- Again went wrong side on the highway on purpose and had a head on with another user, no apology
- Left chase by Shift+P / Shift+S

Osara team 1
- Minor hit on a user, no sorry
- Drove up to a chase his friend was in, hit his roof and flipped him back over before the cop busted him
- Followed chase, however backed off when an admin told him to
- Rammed a vehicle sitting directly next to another, effectively rammed two users at once, joined spectators straight after
- Wrong siding, once causing a near miss, three times causing a head on collision, once causing a general large accident, no apology
- Went wrong side and turned towards a user who was approaching him at high speed, clipping him and making him spin
- Six times purposely crossed over to the wrong side to ram a user head on
- Rammed a user who was stopped at a red light, completely on purpose, had time to slow/stop/go around
- Steered into a user who tried to overtake him on the left, pushing him into a barrier
- After being pitted and ending up on the wrong side of the road, continued to drive up the wrong side and steered into a user, ramming him

The user niko2000 already received a ban around the same time of all this happening but I don't think the full scale of his actions was seen at that time.

Both of these users will receive a 365 day ban for now, but I am going to pursue a permanent ban for both of the accounts.
I will private message you any more information regarding this report as it appears instead of keeping the thread open.
