Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (28.12) about 16:30 (UK time). He just u-turned and started driving wrong way. When I said him to stop and come back he even asked why, so it's clear he don't know rules. After this I asked Ice if he can look into it, but he probably was AFK so I'm writing this report.
