Description of incident (inc date & time): 2/01/17
2:05:30- 1st ram, he says sorry after but it was clearly on purpose, after that he clearly starts following the chase.
2:06:26- 2nd ram, he says sorry after this one also but it was also, no question, on purpose. He then keeps following the chase
2:07:02- 3rd and 4th ram
2:07:24- overtakes the chase then blocks me
2:07:55- 5th ram
2:09:05- 6th ram
As you can see from the replay during that chase I said the rules and told him to stop multiple times and you can see in the included screenshot after I re-connected he confirmed he knows the rules so it is clearly not due to a lack of knowledge.

User has received a 7 day ban because while this is his first offense he, in his own words, knew the rules yet he still decided to break them.
User datboiryan also received a confirmable in-game warning for ramming users at junction without apologising.
