This goes on for the rest of the replay but I don't have the time to write all the time stamps since my PC starts to lag if i go above x8.00, the admin who reviews this is welcome to go through the rest but I'm not asking them to. I also left out some instances before my last stamp because they where too short for me to be bothered.

User has received a confirmable in-game warning for his careless speeding as a COP. Was not a one time occurance but had a span of one hour so i do believe he did it by accident.
