He did apologise and compensated you for what he did. I'm assuming you missed it so therefor i will take no action against the user.
However in the replay i have seen 2 [RES] abuse the ramp for stunting purposes.
User jasonstorm374 ([RES] Jason) will receive a confirmable in-game warning for abusing the ramp for stunting purposes.
User httdarklink ([RES] Gabriel) will have his licence suspended for 30 days starting now for abusing the ramp for stunting purposes, as this is not his first offense of this kind.
