Main reason(s): Ignoring sirens and ramming my suspect.

2:23:90 - You can see he doesn't attempt to full brake and then releases the brakes and gently presses them again, this entire thing looks like it was done on purpose.
Description of incident (inc date & time):
This is the only incident I will note in the report. He has done similar earlier and he apologized and I forgave him, but this one incident won't go under the carpet. I have talked to this player and explained to him what he has done and that I will raise a report.
I really hope that the administrator responsible for handling this case doesn't handle this softly as the player has 3 similar reports earlier and has just recently returned from a ban.

Hi,
It looks like when he was trying to pass you, he was avoiding hitting you and hit your suspect. It does not appear to be a purposeful ram, but this user did ignore sirens and fail to apologize. This user will receive a confirmable warning, this time.
