1:42:29: Hits me at full speed (if you look at the replay he didnt even try to brake) - didnt apologise afterwards
After that, if you speed up the replay you can see that he followed it for 1-2 mins
1:44:06 Overtakes the chase
Tried to talk with him after the chase, he said he was doing a "lap time"

Warning has been issued, user has poor URS but its all over a year old. I suspect hell be back to the old ways soon and get himself banned again.
