Main reason(s): Intentionally blocking the COPs & No sorry afterward even after attempting to talk to him.

Replay timestamps: 1:12:35:0 - Siren is now visible and he sees us going in to the RB, he accelerates and/or pushes in instead of slowing down almost causing a disaster. (rule 1.5)

Description of incident (inc date & time): 25/02 - around ~13:50 PM UTC+1

Hello,

I didn't saw that there was 2 cops coming, I let the first go but I didn't see the second one. I did let you pass at the end though, the first acceleration was a mistake but we clearly see that at the end I let you pass afterward.

Also I said sorry when you were spaming you keyboard about that crash.
