Main reason(s): Wrong way, head on crashing, failing to acknowledge the wrong doing and failure to apologise

Description of incident (inc date & time): 27/02 23:03:10

The user in question is seen dangerously driving the wrong way resulting in a spectacular and very scary crash for me, the user fails to respond and apologise,

10 minutes later, the user is then again spotted going the wrong way and more or less head on rams me,

Considering he is new and inexperienced i will let him go off with a warning this time. Although he did wrongside a lot, he mostly caused no harm to anyone as there was nobody around. However he did manage to crash into you and failed to apologise for it.
