RE: Report ramming in chase - Blacktop - 2017-03-02 13:22

Hi,

I gotta say, I wouldn't class this as ramming. Not the best in terms of PIT maneuvers, I will digress, but not ramming.

EDIT: I received a PM from the individual you had reported, I just thought I'd include it so you can see his perspective.

Quote:Don't know what your trying to accomplish with this report but here goes - so we Oceanic people have a curse, and said curse causes us to have high ping. Due to this, my ping is higher than average player-base thus causing these "rams".

All I can say I didn't intentionally ram constantly - I tried to keep my speed relatively close to his own but since having a more powerful engine over the mere XFG this wasn't as easy as being said. My PIT's were at somewhat high speed even though most of the time I tried to attempt to PIT while he was going slow i.e. turning etc. but alias, towards the end, my vehicle tapped him with force and my ping slingshotted him out of bounds back onto the track upside down.

I aplogise for all the trouble this has caused if any. I'll try to keep my speed lower while PIT'ing so my ping doesn't rebound.

No action has been taken as described
Thank you for your report, it has now been moved to the archives.
