Description of incident (inc date & time):
Happened around 14:00 UTC
x MGNNHM x is drifting in the middle of the road while harrasing another cop. When i reach this destination, he fully rams me and drives away like nothing happened. I tried to talk to thim and he didn't answer at first, then he just told that it was a lag, but on reaplay you can clearly see that he was not lagging and he was doing it even on purpose.

Hi, After reviewing your report and replay, the user definitley rams you. But just a short moment before that as you are sitting at the stoplight he runs into the parked car in front of the officer he is harassing, and then drift right into the parked officer, then initially hits you right after.
Due to his recent history for this type of behavior, he will receive a ban.
