Main reason(s): Ignoring sirens, causing crashes without apology

5:27:20 - Ignoring sirens, causing a crash with cop in chase, no apology for it. While later I've sent him my "stay away" bind.
5:27:36 - He ignored my bind, don't have intention to even slow down, overtaking me, ignoring several !move binds
5:28:11 - Not slowing down for sirens at all, overtaking one cop in chase, then crashing into me, maybe on purpose, maybe no, overtaking me. There was not apology as well.
5:28:25 - Again he doesn't care about sirens at all, even ramming me. Doesn't let me pass even after few !move binds

Description of incident (inc date & time): It was today (01.04) about 15:55 (UK time). I was trying to talk with him from 5:30:40, but, as I expected, he didn't answer. There was Sheep online but probably AFK.
