33:01- rams me into barrier
35:14- while i was braking and trying to take that corner he slams into me.
37:49- full speed ram(160km/h) while my car was going 50km/h
38:25- reason why he did that. (read chat)

There is no questioning that the final incident was a blatant ram and ValkoinenSuomi will receive an official warning for it. That said, Energy, it seems to me that the first two were due to lag. You have to keep in mind that you often have lag issues and these come into play during chases.
