Description of incident (19.04. - 1032 UTC & 20.04. - 1206):
Marked incidents affected me, others indicate his general ignorance towards other users. All accidents caused by wrongwayong(as a cop). I've been telling this user dozens of time to stop wrongwaying, since months, yet he shows absolutely no sign of caring about anyone else. Had days where he crashed me 5 times per hour. If you are able to, do me a favour and search his chatlog for "sorry / np". I bet you'll find a shitload of entrys, alot shortly after a heavy crash noticed by the insim.
He is barely making any attempt to stay on the correct side of the road(even if there is absolutely no need to wrongway), so in combination with the amount of accidents this is pure ramming(as per rules).
His "apolgies" should imho be disregarded due to the sheer amount of incidents, making the "sorry / np" quite meaningless.

Hi,

Thanks for the report. I absolutely agree that at a certain point "sorry" becomes meaningless if the person saying it does the exact same thing a matter of minutes (or seconds..) later.

I was edging on completely revoking his cop rights (forcing basic training), however i'll first suspect his cop licence for 14 days and issue a final warning for this behaviour. If the same once his licence is reinstated he will be put forward for basic training.

Action has been taken as described
