Description of incident (inc date & time):
No apology for a crash he caused. Also said it was my fault. Tried to confront him multiple times without him responding. When he finally did he simply told me it was my fault.

I completely agree that he is at fault here (and in the later accident that I saw within the replay, again, while on the wrong side).
I have suspended his cop rights for 7 days and given him a confirmable warning, detailing what he did wrong.
