Hello,
We've had a thorough look at the replay. As you state, it seems you weren't the only one to break the rules here, so thanks for bringing the others to our attention.
That said, it is clear that you ignored sirens twice in a very short period of time: 5:50 and 6:10. You absolutely knew there was a chase there, and your conscious disrespect for sirens means your short ban was warranted. Also, please be reminded that we don't necessarily impose the same punishments for everyone in a given situation. It depends on the severity of the rule broken, the person's URS, the willingness for breaking the rule, and so on.
Moving onto the other users:
BugraSHN - Whilst we don't encourage what he did at all, it was very minor when you take a look at the situation as a whole, and we don't feel any action is warranted for this user.
ALI_DK - Same as above.
enthusiast007 - This user will be issued with a confirmable warning. There is absolutely no question here.
Mikebez - Bez knew there was a chase. As the situation was unfolding, he was using his binds to try and stop people from ignoring sirens: "WARNING: Chase ahead. Slow down and keep a safe distance!". It appears that he was a little focused on his binds and that he, himself, ended up not reacting to sirens properly. There was no malice or bad intentions involved here. That said, he should definitely be more careful in the future. He's been reminded to be a little more careful.
zekeriyaCN - This user will be issued with a confirmable warning. There is no question here.
elite drifter - This user, although you did not report him here, will also receive a confirmable warning.
