Description of incident (inc date & time): While i was fining Hipo for causing an accident, he was trying to get me into chase with ramming me and then laughing at me. I tried to talk to him, but the only things he wrote is that he wants a chase. After i reconnected to have another replay avaiable, he disconnected.

This user's had many warnings and bans this year, especially !reports from others. It's about time he learnt his lesson with some lengthy time away from the servers.
Shiroglyph will receive a month's ban for his actions.
