Main reason(s): Purposeful ramming. Countless rules broken.

50:40 - Same here, but this time to DJMadGuy
1:09:04 - L.N.R Ramming again
1:20:48 - Robin.T Interfering with a chase blocking the cops so his friend can escape
1:21:52 - If that wasn't enough, further ramming from Robin.T
There is a lot more, but they're the main ones.

Although both these users are relatively new to the servers, it is just blatantly obvious that ramming is not allowed, plus the warning on the entry screen to the server is more than obvious.
Both users although only having relatively small files, they will both be receiving a 14 day ban due to the shocking behaviour.
