Description of incident (inc date & time):
Intenionally bothered me while cruising (10:20.00) then rammed me without any reason and apologize (11:04.00).
Shortly after that another driver is being rammed in the same rude way, again without any reason and apologize (12:00.00 by RayDick/Harry. and 13:07.00 by predator186/Brett786).
Other people were bothered/rammed too all the time.

predator186 banned for 14 days for intentional ramming but a relatively clean URS
RayDick banned for 2 years. His admin record is littered with this stuff, and this is the last chance before he gets permed.
