Description of incident (inc date & time): 27/6/2017 (dd/mm/yy)
REPLAY 1
40:30 (till the end of the replay): Arab drifting begins, didn't notice him at that point.
REPLAY 2
1:50-2:18: Arab drifting, almost hitting a car at one point
2:19: I inform him for the first time that arab drifting is against the rules, I am ignored
REPLAY 3
37:14-41:35: Arab drifting
58:17-58:36: More arab drifting
58:37: I warn him about his arab drifting for the 2nd time, I am once again ignored until I reconnect
REPLAY4
As soon as I reconnect he tells me to "shut up" and I inform him that he can expect a report
REPLAY 5
For the whole replay he keeps asking me to look at him while he is arab drifting and laughing.

Hmm I just tried and had the same issue. I've renamed all of them now it seems to be working, I'm assuming the name was too long..

User will receive a 250 day ban for continuous arab drifting despite multiple warnings from your side. When he finally did respond he was very rude and feels like he won't change his ways any time soon.
