Certainly wasn't the worst case of not moving for sirens i've seen but he didn't seem to be paying much attention.

He did apologise for the accident and it was only minor, though he shouldn't have been arab drifting.
My main concerns are his messages to you when you asked him about moving for sirens and his careless arab drifting. Having had somebody translate the messages for me and seeing that he didn't much care when you reminded him that arab drifting was against the rules, in addition to his poor history on our servers, I will be issuing a 45 day ban. Thanks for the report.
