Main reason(s):Wrong way, cutting people off, purposely ramming into them, not saying sorry, driving like a maniac.(his numberplate is pretty bad aswell)

Replay timestamps:2:09:00 - crashes into a wall, when getting out of pits(nothing too bad) after that drivers a bit, stops in the middle of the road. I see him stopped, wanted to overtake him from his left, started moving and made me hit him, he didn't say anything. Then after that hits me and does a burnout?
3:04:42 - rams me again, starts driving in reverse
3:30:20 - goes ww and hits 2 people, says nothing.
5:18:34 - rams someone that's stopped in pits (3:30:20-5:18 he drives like a maniac
)12:07:98 - starts driving wrong way in reverse, I hit him
15:25:03 - tries to hit someone but gets spectated for speeding in pits.
16:35:33 - drives in to Mahoo who is trying to overtake him
16:58:81 - goes ww, hits a cop
I told him twice to start driving properly or I'll report him, no answer both times.

In 15 minutes, as i watched the replay you provided, he managed to hit at least 6 people, if not more and failed to apologise to either. Shows a very bad understanding of rules & i would bet a hefty amount of money he never bothered to read them. He will therefor serve a 10 day ban and i doubt that will be the last report of him.
