For starters, you won't be getting any money, especially since you didn't actually lose any. Your response was over the top, I don't understand why you feel the need to go and break the rules arguably worse than the user in question did, it solves nothing. Consider this a warning about insulting.
As for tnt25, I don't think his intentions were to make you lose the chase, it seemed as though he just wasn't paying full attention to what the situation was. Either way i'll issue a confirmable warning to ensure he knows to avoid interfering in chases in the future.
