You spelled "recruiting" wrong in the thread title. It would probably be a good idea to spellcheck your post, as it is full of errors.

I see you moved from looking for a team to founding a new one quite quickly. It would probably be best to just hang around in the servers and forums for a while first, to further understand how things go around in the community, and see if you start making friends around the other teams that currently exist. Also, you should indeed work with your english skills, it helps a lot.
