Main reason(s): Ramming & General disregard for server rules

Description of incident (inc date & time): The user is in a chase and has a complete disregard to the server rules. The user makes no attempt to brake even though I'm seen pulling out of the turning. If the user wasn't wrong-siding (which he does ALOT!) he'd not have hit me! Its worth noting that just after saving this replay the user did the exact same thing at the same place and wasn't in a chase. I tried to get a 'sorry' from the user but I'm ignored.

User has been issued with a ban due to constant wrongsiding and a clear lack of understanding of our rules, if they were read at all.
Action has been taken as described
