Description of incident (inc date & time):
I tried to find as many timestamps as i could. Although i don't have that much time, because i'm leaving to vacation in few hours. If someone goes through whole replay, a lot more stuff will be found on him.
Reported user was told many times on the server which rules he's violating, he ignored it all.
19:06 - here you can see him ram into a cop without any apology and drives away like nothing happened.
21:38 - another ram with no apology
46:20 - he aims to another guy and rams him
47:13 - he causes multiple accidents without any care
50:14 - aims for me 3 times
51:31 - another ram
51:50 - another ram
52:09 - another multiple rams
53:25 - insult
54:12 - insult
54:39 - aims for another guy
1:00:02 - another ram
1:00:26 - another ram
1:04:04 - another ram
1:04:17 - another ram
1:04:52 - another ram
1:06:08 - here Hawzek revenge rams him which causes him to fly oob and doesn't pit
