Description of incident (inc date & time): User caused a head-on crash and didn't apologize, I have recorded a video instead of uploading the replay as it was 8hours long (186mb), the video also shows him wrong siding roundabout and crashing other cars.

Could you upload a replay of this, with the relevant timestamps please?
