Hello,

You as a [RES] got no priority over traffic and shouldn't have pulled out into the middle of the lane cutting him off especially if you would have used your mirrors. Although the user failed to slow down, the way you pulled out and turned into his way slightly contributed towards the collision. I can sort of see why the other user didn't apologize.

I reviewed the replay further and for the accidents he caused, the user apologized.

I watched the replay multiple times from different perspectives and can only describe the incident as pure driver error from both sides.

No action has been taken as explained
