Description of incident (inc date & time): 2017-10-05, 00:20 GMT +8
Long chase, cops in pursuit had dropped and I was left. Entering corner Angel, who is ahead decides to turn directly into my path and brake, sending me into the adjacent corner of walls/grass patched area.
There was absolutely no need from Angel to even attempt that move, it was a right corner, and there was plenty of space, no cars around. Just me and him.
Clearly an attempt to twart a chasing cop by "indiscrimenately" punting him off.
Of course, I took damage, lost time, and in the process lost the suspect as he entered the next crowded street, with my wayward suspension and InSim not showing the GPS location.
Attempted to somewhat communicate thereafter the incident, and the best reply or form of acknowledgement from any prompting is "np", and other one liners besides rebuttals.

@Angel
Your response "np" right after my prompting is already an acknowledgement to the incident aforementioned. No one else in the chat asked a question to you, thus your "no problem" couldn't have been directed to anyone else. You ain't fooling me.
I wasn't lagging or time-outting before, during an after your ram either, as shown in the replay and live. That's not an excuse anymore.
And, you don't turn left into right hand corners, dude. I try to have a fair chase, and I'd expect my suspects to want to have one too.

Having a affiliate team tag on you or being in a team that's 10 years old doesn't faze me at all. You won't pull of moves like that and expect me to let it go.
I treat all reports on anyone the same, fairly and of equal respect.
I expected more from a member of a team with such prestige in the server, Angel. I really did.

I hope the TC member reviewing will view this with no bias and have a proper outcome. Be it a warning, or anything else, I just don't wish to see a review starting with "Angel did nothing wrong" or, "you rammed into him".
Thanks.

Cheers

RE: Report - Ramming in chase - Angel - 2017-10-04 17:07

Hi there. First of all, i said np to ROBO as a response to his "go go go Angel", didnt even notice what you wrote in the chat, was concentrating on driving. And your ping wasnt the best either since you are from Singapore, but lag or not, as soon as i realized what you were talking about, i said sorry, which for your reply was, "too late pal". My intension was to push you into the trap on the left side, not to ram you, which i didnt by the way. It was a kind of a trick, not a ram on purpose, i cut you off, you hit my door and you went to an area that was closed by the barriers. You've also said that you lost the chase due to that, which isnt true because you lost it cuz you didnt follow me the right way.

RE: Report - Ramming in chase - AOR Nova - 2017-10-04 17:32

Hi Angel. Will address all 3 (actually 4), points you made.

1) Ah, twisting the story. Saying np (no problem) to "go go angel".... ?
Does that make sense? If you're going to put up a rebuttal at least have sense make it decent.
Your response to my prompt with np was consistant with a legitimate response. Removing the Robo aspect I don't see any more ways your "np" could relate to.

2) Talk about my ping, then switch the topic to you saying sorry. You aren't trying to divert the topic, are you?

I admit I have 300 ping, cuz #asian. But at that moment, I was not timing out, lagging, teleporting. I was a solid vehicle right smack in all 2 of your mirrors for a good 5 seconds mate.

3) Thanks for leaving out more information for me to fill in. Appreciated.
You only said your first ever sorry since the incident after i had moved on to mentioning a report. Once that happens - I'm sorry, but your apology will not be accepted. As I've mentioned above in the report; I treat everyone the same. What you did by saying sorry after a the report mention is consistant with that of someone feeling guilty/"oh shit, I'm getting reported".
If you truely wanted to apologise, you could have done so, from the moment of ram to 2 minutes after when I lost you. You didn't. Surprise.

4) So you admit to trying to shove/push a cop then? Well, it went sickeningly wrong did it. A ram is a ram, that's what you did, whatever original intention you had. You positioned your car in a way that I could not avoid it in time, and at an angle that would spear me way off into the wall wedge.
Piece the scene before trying to put up a defense, Angel.

4.5) I lost the chase because I leaked so much time getting out of the stupid wall you put me into that I couldn't follow you once you entered the crowded main st. And to add to my misery the GPS went on holiday didn't show your coords in Safezone. All this stemmed from your actions earlier, so don't try to sugar coat anything.

Hope it has enlightened you more on why you're in this report in the first place, and thank you for replying and engaging me.
I hope I can have respect for you again.

Cheers

edit *
I am a fun, friendly and sometimes retarded guy on TC. That's because I don't wish to take everything overly seriously. It's a cruise server after all!
When I mess up, be it a ram, bad chase. I own up immediately and apologise on the spot. And if it's serious, pay the dude. I think everyone deserves kindness and integrity.
I'm not normally this serious, but when I am, I'm not beating around the bush. If you drive well, put up a good chase, I'm the guy in the first sentence. And I hope to stay like that. Things don't have to be reported, things don't have to happen. Respect is earned, not handed on a plate.

RE: Report - Ramming in chase - Angel - 2017-10-04 18:09

Since Robo is always saying "non-sense" things to me i also reply with a non sense thing to him, but he knows that i think. And if pushing the cops to the barrier is legal, then why wouldnt that be?

RE: Report - Ramming in chase - Adrian - 2017-10-04 18:48

To be honest, I see nothing really bad in it. I agree, it's not nice when suspect do such moves, however he is allowed to do it.
It caused absolutely no damage to your car. I would say it was just a tactical force.
Being in affiliate team doesn't matter here. At all.
You, as cop, must be more careful. You must watch suspect's moves and try to predict what he is going to do next. Try to not put yourself in such position, or evade it correctly.

In future please talk correctly to rule-breakers. Here are examples how NOT to start conversation:
