reason for reporting: (Tuesday, 2017-10-31 arround 22h UTC) He rammed me head on at 3h03min20sec and I asked many time for an apology from 3h03min50sec and on, which he never did, he just continued driving, he also rammed another member like 5 min after I saved the replay

(by the time this report get looked at he might allready be banned for -5000 since hes a -3500 i think right now so idk if you will want to extend his ban from this ram)

Hello,

The user is new on our server, with only 2 hours game-time, he most likely doesn't know our rules.

The user will be asked to read our rules and will receive a warning for causing an accident with a stationary cop that had his lights and sirens on, caused an accident with another user due to wrong siding and rammed you head on for which he failed to apologize (Just like he failed to apologize for the other collision he caused).
