Main reason(s): Non-stop crashing when im trying to do a traffic stop, i even warned him and before i joined the server he was causing issues with other people cruising

I was just doing a traffic stop on someone speeding and LARZ wouldnt quit ramming into me and my suspect, i warned him to quit doingit or youre going to get banned but he wouldnt quit.

This guy ticked me off as well, ruined our cruise by overtaking and ramming
I have an MPR that started a little earlier than this, but i believe ended before Hamish joined, so there will be a bit of a gap.

I start off the cruise fairly quickly, you can see my chat messages, but his destructive behaviour begins a little later.
