Main reason(s): insulting, caused accident but didn't apologise

Replay timestamps:
1. 18:55 - Came out of junction without stopping and caused an accident - no apology
2. 20:55 - Tells me to "*Removed* off" in Russian (I got it translated by another user on the server and double checked it on google)

Description of incident (inc date & time):
Today between 20:30 - 20:40

The user first of all comes out of the junction without stopping and checking if any cars are coming. Though I was going at high speed, if he had stopped, the accident wouldn't have happened.

Because he was in a chase, I would've still let it go if he had simply apologised for what he did. But after asking him to apologise once, he doesn't respond. After a while, I ask again which is when he tells me to *Removed* off in Russian.

Also as a side note, [MED] EASY (Tautr1s) seemed to know what Gangster said and thought this was funny. [MED] EASY try's to convince me that what Gangster said in Russian meant "sorry". If an admin could have a word with him about this please.

Hi Razz

The user has quite an extensive history detailing both incidents you highlighted: ramming/causing collisions with no apologies as well as being abusive. It seems that this user's intention is to just mess about whilst ruining the fun for others.

A ban has been issued - thanks for the report!
