FIX Blackwood - SIMOX - 2017-12-10 20:57 First - Close the Mainstreet completely. I'm tired of seeing people drive back and forth in a loop. A pre-update blackwood was actually better, i don't even know how is that possible. Second - Remove all the Armco's at the junctions. They completely ruin the roads and kills your speed on corners to complete halt. Simply put - it's not fun to drive around on such roads. That may be the reason why a lot of people drive the main street. And lastly it would be nice to get rid off 50kph at rally stage. (Or don't call it rally stage, duh.) Pretty indifferent when it comes to the last suggestion, don't see a major deal-breaker here. But the 50kph Rally Stage is not a problem, In Blackwood, the only way of gaining money by driving is Rally Stage with that small road other than COPing! The antinoob barriers could be removed all together. If only the layouts could consist of lines and a few tires. A few barriers still need to be around for pit maneuvers and such. I said this some weeks before: The Blackwood Layout would be better with some one way roads. So people will have to turn left/right to Lyon road etc. Not a diversion, but permanant. Will make the actual industrial area of BL more used. Regardless of what we do to change the layouts (besides reducing the choice of drivable roads), people will still find some circular route that earns the most cash. I'd be happy to see the barriers at junctions get removed, but the central objects would need to stay in certain places. Gives cruisers now the chance to fully use the other roads on left/right (and possibly encourage usage of the industrial site further to the inside). Definitely foresee more spread out traffic now, at least on 3 routes here. RE: FIX Blackwood - Brixton - 2017-12-17 09:50 My Idea, sadly I have not the time and the skill to make it as an layout. Indutry Lane: From junction to the Stunt area make it one way. Half the stunt zone (because there is another one near the spawn) and make there a hightway, maybe a stage over the ground (if there are enoug objects). And then, thats very important, make on the east side of industry lane in one of the other roads a nice pit stop. A little bit like the autobahn pit stop on kyoto. Give positive incentives to go away from industry lane and drive threw the other lanes. Cause in the moment its mostly boring to drive there. Maybe I try a layout later (not a good one, just for showing what I mean). Hope it is understandable what I´ve written. On the half of storage yard (between industrial lane and rallye stage) this would be a nice conecction and maybe make the route to a circle instead of a simple loop. |
