Description of incident (inc date & time):about 17:11 uk time 05/03/2018 i was in chase with ghutru and we came up to the roundabout i went to turn right down industry lane when cop robert doesnt move and wen i got to overtake him he accelorates more and pulls to the left to cut me up not let me past i then put a ? and he replied i move for cop not u the cop was right behind me he then comes to a complete stop im not sure if he is allowed to do this as it is interfering with my chase . the time stamps are 29:06 to 29:29 as u can see wen stops he still purposly cuts me up i also tried to talk to the user online but he doesnt seem to care so brought it here
